Originating in Peru, pisco is produced using time-honored traditional methods passed down through generations.
Pisco-focused cocktail classes offer an engaging journey into this remarkable spirit. Participants will gain knowledge about the meticulous process of crafting pisco, from grape selection to the art of distillation, culminating in an interactive tasting experience.
A proper introduction to pisco highlights the diverse varieties of grapes used in its production.
*Participants will create 2 distinct signature cocktails from Peru.
*Additionally, they will prepare the classic and traditional Peruvian Ceviche using Mahi Mahi fish and the famous Leche de Tigre, learning essential culinary techniques from Chef Rossana.
