MEET THE CHEF
Rossana Maya Terry is a native of Lima-Peru, She grew up in a family where the art of cooking comes first. The family are owners of successful restaurants in Peru and Colombia (Lima, Cartagena and Medellin) and invited her to be part of them because of her great gift in the kitchen. Her great knowledge in art as a graphic designer made them combine these two arts turning their kitchen into a gallery of flavors and presentation making it unique and at the forefront of the new Molecular cuisine.
Rossana brings a uniqueness to our kitchen that will make our food become a showcase for the area.
She is not afraid to push the limits and bring a new look at what food truly is by combining new ideas with old flavors.
